Hey Ed here...

I am a London based body transformation coach, fitness model, and men's physique competitor.

EDFIT was launched as a small local personal training business in North London in 2010.

It all started when I was training some of my close friends; we worked out together and I put them through all my workouts and gave them a nutrition plan that I'd been following and transformed my body with, and they too achieved great results.

I realised I had this 'SUPER POWER' of helping people TRANSFORM their bodies. .

From then on I was constantly approached in the gym for training and nutrition advice, so I thought;  Why not turn my passion for helping others into my business?

And so, EDFIT was born.

I started out as personal trainer working one on one training people in my local gym. I quickly built my clientele and I was working from 6.30 in the morning to 9pm at night. 

And became the fully booked PT that I always wanted to be.

Although this wasn't all it was cracked up to be..

With so many clients, I was finding their results and mine were starting to suffer as I was unable to serve every person to the best of my ability and I was completely burnt out to lead by example myself. 

It was then I realised that it wasn't the workouts that were getting my clients results, but the lifestyle they were leading when they were not with me.

Nowadays I'm more selective about who I work with to ensure you are getting my very best, so you can be your very best!

I realised my interest in fitness totally by accident. I don't come from a sporting background, and I certainly wasn't the sportiest or coolest kid in school.

In fact, I was the one that was last to be picked for the team.

I was always one of the smaller boys in the playground. All the other guys seemed to be growing taller, bigger, and stronger, while I remained the same. Even the girls were bigger than me! I guess I was a late bloomer.

As you can imagine, I always dreamt of building a big, muscular physique that I could be proud of. I used to watch the likes of Arnold Schwarzenegger and WWE superstars like Hulk Hogan and Mr Perfect. 


I wanted to walk down the street looking and feeling as big and strong, with the confidence and charisma of these guys.

On my 14th birthday, I received my first set of weights, and as they say, the rest is history!

Working out is the best thing I've ever done! It has not only transformed my physique, it's changed my life! 

I used to have a belly and man boobs, and was always embarrassed to take my t-shirt off on holiday. I had some real confidence issues and never believed I was good enough.

Nowadays, my mindset has completely changed. As one of the UK's top body transformation experts, and a UKBFF Men’s Physique Competitor, I set my standards high.

I strive to be the very best I can be, and I won’t settle for anything less.

I like to make each and every client transformation as easy as possible, without overwhelming you with complicated programs or unrealistic diet plans to follow. 

I guess the best way to sum up what I do is...

I empower you to take baby steps and make small 'tweaks' to your lifestyle to get the wheels turning in the right direction. 

People talk about 'secrets' and 'magic formulas', but it's really as simple as that.  


That's my 'secret' to sustainable results. 

I make it as easy as possible and coach you in a way that works for you. 

I like to keep things super simple, where you are in the driving seat. 

Our aim would be to agree on one or two small commitments a week that will get you the biggest return.

Each client is unique but the general structure I'd usually follow would be something like this...

Weeks 1-4 - Dietary & Lifestyle Analysis 

75% of the results achieved come from your diet and lifestyle. So this is the area I like to address first to get those big rocks moving. We'll also introduce a simple exercise program based around activities you enjoy. Most of my clients drop 3-4lbs in their first 7-10 days. 

Weeks 5-8 - Training

Once your nutrition and lifestyle is working well, we can then start increasing and optimising your workouts to maximise your results but yet stay in congruence with your busy lifestyle. 

Weeks 9-12 - Reprogramming new habits. 

Weeks 9-12 is all about cementing your new lifestyle and exercise habits that you've been building week by week, so that you are able to sustain your transformation for the rest of your life, and get you to a place where you can do this on your own. 

Weekly Coaching Calls

Coaching sessions are usually delivered via a weekly Skype call.  

On the call, we will take a look at your previous week, go through your current food diary, activities, progress photos, and measurements.

We'll identify whats working well and where you need help.  At the end of the call, we will agree on one or two small committments for the week ahead. 

Our aim is to get you a WIN each and every week, no matter how big or small.
