New Year, New You, and New Goals!

The new year is always a great time to set yourself new goals. 

What goals have you set yourself for 2017? 

Some of my personal goals are to help more people, change more lives and to grow The Team EDFIT family. 

I'd like to write a book. 

In the gym I'd like to become stronger. I want to deadlift 180kg again and squat 140kg for 10 good reps. 

I mustn't forget, my life time goal of having a family and becoming a father will happen in April and I want to become a great dad to my future son. 

It doesn't matter what goals you have. 

It doesn't matter how big or small, or even if you think they are silly. 

Write them down somewhere. 

This makes them much more powerful and gives you more accountability to go out and achieve them.
