One of the biggest factors when it comes to transforming our bodies is our mindset and motivation.
Most of us already know that we need to move more, and eat less to lose weight.
And most of us know the difference between healthy food and junk food.
But if it was that easy, every one would be in shape and we wouldn't have an obesity problem.
The first problem is with our mindset and our way of thinking around food and exercise.
The second problem is motivation.
How bad do you want it?
How important are your goals on a scale of 1-10?
A lot of the time we think we want it bad enough, but with a lack of understanding of the effort required to actually make it happen.
You may say a 9 or 10 at first, but then when you do get that understanding of what it takes, is it still a 9 or 10, or has the importance of your goals and motivation dropped to a 6 or 7?
If you stay focussed on what you want to achieve, and you want to be successful as badly as you want to breathe....
Then you will be successful...
