...with my Top 10 Tips For a More Productive Day.

We always complain that we don't have time or theres not enough hours in the day...

I totally get it...

I know you're busy and how easy it is to get caught up in the demands life and work throw at us.  

But, here's the thing...

We all have the same 24 hours in day...

...but some make better use of that time than others. 

How would your life be if you increased your ability to get much more done in less time.

What impact would that have on your business, your family, your health? 

Well heres how...

 

1/ Get Up Before Everyone Else

Some of the most successful people get up early. 

You’ll be surprised at what you can get done before the rest of the world gets up and places its demands on your time. 

2/ Focus On ONE Thing At a Time

Take a step by step approach and focus on one task at a time. 

When you try to do everything you end up doing nothing. 

Focus on intently on one thing, do it well, and move on to the next thing. 

3/ Walk Outside For At Least 10-15 Minutes Per Day. 

This is my personal favourite. 

I like to get out, get some fresh air, and walk. 

Turn off the phone and other distractions and find somewhere quiet like a park. 

This is a great way to get some oxygen and blood flowing to the brain. 

This helps clear your mind and get your creative juices flowing. 

I’ve personally come up with some of my best business ideas during this time. 

4/ Do At Least 20 Minutes Of Moderate To Intense Exercise 3 Times a Week

Exercise is a great stress outlet and performance enhancer.

It also helps you to look and feel like a boss! 

What impact would that have on your life and business?

5/ Plan and Prioritise

Get organised and prioritise what’s most important in your day. 

Schedule some time to get those things done earlier rather than later in the day. 

Use your calendar, to do lists, and reminders to get organised and leave the less important stuff to later or tomorrow. 

6/ Eat Healthy

Healthy body healthy mind... 

If you skip meals or eat crap you’re probably gonna feel crap. 

This will affect your mood and productivity. 

Eat small regular healthy snacks through the day to experience all day long energy, improved performance at work, more quality time with your kids, and mind blowing sex with your wife. 

Don’t under estimate the power of getting some good fuel in you. 

7/ Schedule Some Me Time. 

It’s important to put yourself first from time to time to make sure everything else runs smoothly. 

If you’re stressed, overworked, and burnt out, you won’t be performing and producing at your highest level. 

Make sure you schedule in some me time. 

That includes regular breaks, exercise, and time to eat. 

Protect that time as you are your most valuable asset. 

8/ Outsource 

Focus your time on what you are best at and what you enjoy. 

Anything that is not a good use of your time, or doesn’t serve you...

Outsource it!

9/ Get 6-8 Hours Sleep

If you’re tired then this throws your whole day out of sync. 

You won’t be at your best at work, you’ll be moody, you’ll find an excuse not to exercise, and probably more likely eat junk or sugary snacks. 

10/ Eliminate Stress

If your girlfriend or business is causing you more stress than happiness then it’s time to make some big changes to that area of your life. 

Stress is the number one productivity and progress killer within business and your fitness. 

It affects everything...

Your work, your family, and most importantly your health. 

If you’ve done all of the above and you are still stressed, then you need to find the problem and eliminate it!
