One of the biggest challenges with my clients is time...
...or lack of it.
The guys I typically work with are busy business owners and industry leaders who work 60+ hours per week and travel a lot...
...Sometimes 3-4 times a week in the air.
Trouble is there’s a lot of guys in this situation who’s health and fitness sucks because they think they don’t have time.
And this is effecting their energy and productivity in their business, and ultimately costing them thousands in lost income because of this...
...which in turn causes them to become more stressed and want to work more and more.
I get it.
Its a vicious circle.
Here’s the thing...
You don’t need as much time as you might think.
Taking 30 minutes out of your day to work on your health is the best investment you could ever make in your business.
Remember you are your business.
Whats going to happen if you're not around?
A lot of my guys ‘used’ to train 5 times a week for an hour to an hour and a half until business and family life took over.
I was the same.
So I can understand that they think they don’t have time when they’re trying to recreate what they used to.
It’s also understandable that they’re a bit sceptical when I tell them that they can get equally good if not better results in 30 minutes, 3-4 times a week.
It’s all about training smart not for hours and hours.
Less is more in this case.
In fact, I just got off a coaching call with my client P****g who’s lost his first 3lbs in a week from only doing a 4 minute workout before bed 4 times in the last week.
Thats a measly 16 minutes of exercise for the whole week.
Client V***** is doing some yoga and a 10 minute power workout 3 times a week.
My former client R*** got into her best shape and even won two trophies at a fitness competition by working out 30 minutes per day.
Doing something is always better than nothing…
Even as little as 4 minutes in this case.
Here’s some quick advice on how to get a really effective workout in 30 minutes or less.
1/ Train harder - Train harder, not longer. If you’re working hard enough, then you shouldn’t be able to train for much longer than 30 minutes.
2/ Rest less - Once of the best ways to get an effective workout in 30 minutes or less is to rest less. If you’re resting a minute, between exercises why not try 30 seconds. Just doing that alone will give you a totally different workout.
3/ Compound exercises - Movements that work more than one muscle group will always give you more bang for your buck than single joint movements. If you’re in the gym, things like squats, bench press, leg press, and clean and press are all good examples. If you’re using body weight exercises, try push ups, body weight squats, and burpees.
4/ Superset - A superset is when you pair up 2 exercises and perform them one after the other with no rest in between. This is a really effective way to crank up the intensity and get more done in less time.
Hope you found that useful...
But here’s the thing...
If you’re anything like the guys I work with...
You probably haven’t got time to figure this stuff out for yourself. And all you want is something that’s going to get you amazing results…
Which is why I launched my brand new online coaching group program…
